Do I have to download the Word Add-in to use the free version?

Can I edit screens with a free account?
No. The free plan only allows you to use Community Screens as-is. If you're interested in building and editing screens, try our Pro Plan.
Exactly how much does Screens Pro Plan cost?
We’re still experimenting with pricing models that’ll work best for our customers and business. For now, our entry-level package (starting at $149/mo) gets one user access to everything listed under “Pro”.
What does it mean to be able to audit the AI outputs?
Every time your screens draw a conclusion about a document, they provide a citation to the source language from the document. We call this “auditability”, and it’s a central principle everything is designed around.
Does Screens hallucinate?
Screens is a platform that analyzes documents and extracts data from them. It is capable of getting things wrong, at times in ways that may be considered hallucinations. However, the Screens platform always cites source language from the contract to justify its conclusions – enabling easy auditing.
What type of support is included in Pro plans?
It depends on the plan. We want all of our customers to be happy and typically schedule a few calls to help Pro customers (at any price level) set up their screens, install the Word Add-in, and learn best practices. Larger enterprise deals often come with more robust support packages.
What does it mean to track AI accuracy using Validation?
The Screens platform lets users track AI accuracy at the click of a button – every time they audit an AI result. This tracks accuracy as determined by you, the user, so you can easily develop a record of how well your AI prompts are performing at the given tasks.
How many contracts can be reviewed at once using Bulk?
The Bulk contract review feature enables users to run their screens against hundreds of contracts at once. It is only limited by the amount of contract uploads included in your plan. To discuss contract uploads, get in touch at sales@screens.ai.
What does it mean to be able to audit and retrieve Word Add-in data?
With a Pro account, you're able to dissect and analyze Add-in results, providing you with a deeper insight into your contracts' overall performance, tailored across customizable dimensions.
You can also validate your results, which enables you to dial in the wording of your Screens to ensure that you’ve optimally tuned the AI to your specific preferences.
