ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Nadine Ezzie

Nadine Ezzie

Nadine is an attorney and entrepreneur with almost 20 years of unique legal and related experience working at the intersection of commercial real estate, the law, and innovation. Her career is marked by a unique blend of in-house and entrepreneurial experience, making her a sought-after legal advisor in the real estate sector.

Nadine began her legal journey in Cleveland, Ohio where she held various roles both in-house and with legal firms. Her skills eventually caught the attention of Weston, Inc. - one of the largest privately-held real commercial estate developers in the region - where she was tapped to serve as General Counsel. In this role, Nadine was instrumental in navigating complex legal landscapes for large-scale developments, acquisitions, and leases and her tenure there saw her spearheading numerous high-stake negotiations. Nadine pivoted from this role to serve as an early employee with a tech start-up in Boston specializing in the automation of commercial real estate lease agreements. It was here that she truly honed her skills and appreciation for the art of leasing by working with a number of prominent institutional owners nationwide.

Nadine combined these unique experiences to found ezzie + co., a firm founded on her philosophy that commercial real estate is at its core a human business. Her approach is not just about forging agreements but creating lasting, mutually beneficial relationships. It is here that Nadine combines her legal skills - having successfully negotiated over one million square feet in commercial leases, representing both landlords and tenants - with her appreciation for technology to provide the highest quality of legal services at a fraction of the time and cost of other more traditional firms.

Licensed in both Ohio and Massachusetts, Nadine currently calls Boston home with her rescue dog, Leo. She is pleased to serve clients nationwide.
